This event provides agents with the opportunity to meet directly with Australian K-12 school representatives, strengthen existing partnerships, and gain updated information about enrolment opportunities, admissions expectations, student support and pathways for Vietnamese students considering an Australian school education.

The workshop is designed to support agencies in providing families with accurate, up-to-date guidance about studying at Australian primary and secondary schools.

Places are limited and early registration is strongly recommended!

Why should my agency participate?

As the Vietnam market becomes more complex and competitive, this workshop is designed to help education agencies strengthen their understanding of the Australian K-12 sector, build direct relationships with schools, and better navigate changing visa, enrolment and student suitability expectations.

Agents will gain updated insights into enrolment opportunities, admissions expectations, student suitability considerations, welfare requirements and long-term pathway planning while meeting directly with Australian K-12 school representatives and admissions decision makers.

While visa outcomes and policy settings have created additional pressure across the sector, demand from Vietnamese families for quality long-term education pathways still exists. Agencies with stronger school knowledge, better student matching practices and direct school relationships are increasingly achieving more sustainable recruitment outcomes.

The workshop provides agencies with practical market insights, direct access to schools, and updated knowledge that can help support stronger counselling practices and more successful long-term student outcomes in an increasingly selective market.

What is the purpose of the workshop?

Market-ready strategies for the Thai market

Market-ready strategies for the Thai market

Gain practical insights, talking points and positioning strategies to help Thai families confidently compare Australia with other study destinations.

During the workshop, participating agencies will learn more about:

  • availability of places for 2027, 2028 and beyond
  • Australian primary and secondary school pathways
  • boarding and homestay support options
  • student wellbeing and pastoral care
  • AEAS testing and admissions preparation
  • changing enrolment trends and market expectations
  • direct communication channels with participating schools

While the Australian school sector has become more challenging for the Vietnam market in recent years, there is still significant demand from Vietnamese families for quality long-term K-12 education pathways.

This workshop is designed to help agencies provide families with clearer guidance, stronger school matching support, and more informed advice throughout the school selection, admissions and visa process.

Who should attend and what are the expectations of participants?

AEAS Workshops provide education agents and Australian schools with an opportunity to meet face to face to develop business relationships and learn more about each school’s individual programs.

This workshop is intended for:

  • education agencies actively supporting Vietnamese students applying to Australian schools
  • agency owners and directors OR senior managers responsible for Australian school partnerships
  • decision makers overseeing Australian schools recruitment and business development
  • experienced agency representatives working directly with Australian school placement

To ensure productive engagement between schools and agencies, participating organisations are required to:

  • nominate senior representatives involved in Australian school partnerships
  • attend the full workshop program including presentations, individual meetings and group sessions
  • engage professionally with participating schools and fellow agencies
  • participate actively in networking and discussion opportunities

NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN AGENT COUNSELLOR TRAINING DAY!

This event is designed to build business relationships, and agency representatives should be directors, managers and senior agency staff with the experience and authority to negotiate agreements and partnerships with Australian schools.
